Here I’ll keep a list of the top 10 apps I use the most. Hopefully I can keep these up to date and they will take the format of the current top 10 and any previous apps that might have dropped out of the top 10 over time. (last updated: 9th April 2020)

actionlaunch_result 1) The first app on my list is Action Launcher , one of the best custom launchers (iOS/Windows users read ‘home screen’) out there and has just got better with time. I love it’s quick draw for finding apps alphabetically, its automatic colour sync with you background and the shutters feature which puts widgets behind icons accessible with a quick swipe up (plus a few other cool features).
2) Flamingo – My go-to Twitter client use to be Falcon Pro , but recently I switched to try this new one by the same dev who did the great weather timeline app.  Mainly as it does popup images & inline animated GIF’s.
bbcweather_result 3) BBC Weather is another great example of how great Android apps can be.  Its simple and well designed to give you all the weather info you need.
pocletcasts_result 4) Pocket casts is the number one podcast app on Android and has had some deserved awards recently for its design and great features.
cabinet_result 5) Cabinet is my new file browser app that I use due to is great material design too.  It also gets regular updates and has been getting better over time.
6) DevWidget is a really simple app but is useful to help keep track of apps I’m developing and uninstall them quickly.
authy_result 7) Authy was a great find for me as this lets me keep all my two factor authentication codes in once place and syncs across devices as well as acting as a backup to help transfer easily when I get a new device.
8) Raindrop.io is a great service for storing bookmarks between devices with and best of all its free
9) BBC Sport app is the place I go for all my sport info and despite it being a wrapped web app I think its simplicity & alerts are just right.
10) Pujie Watchface – Last but not least I thought I’d include my current Android Wear watchface app.  This is not only  one of the best watch faces, but the way the app presents the customisations for the watch face in the app is great.  Not sure why this isn’t a featured app yet but it deserves to be!  Always being updated & improved too.
